Do you remember your first role as a leader? Perhaps it went something like this: you  had the opportunity to talk with team members and solve problems. That’s what happened to me- I realized I was solving my team’s problems for them. All day. 

As soon as one issue was solved, they came right back in with another one- it was definitely like a revolving door. It took a little while to realize that I was actually solving the problems they were absolutely capable of handling.
